These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Maxima (Sandbox) App for Slack (“the App”).

By installing or using the App in a Slack workspace, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

Maxima is an app for Slack that enables teams to receive information, notifications, and interact with workflows directly within Slack.

The App operates only in Slack workspaces where it has been installed and authorized.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You confirm that you are authorized to install and use the App and have obtained any required organizational approvals.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the App
• Attempt unauthorized access or reverse engineering

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

4. Dependency on Slack

The App is an independent integration for Slack and is not owned, operated, or endorsed by Slack.
