• Sends notifications and updates from Maxima into Slack channels or direct messages
• Allows users to interact with Maxima directly from Slack messages
• Keeps workflows moving without switching between tools

All interactions happen only in channels or direct messages where the app is explicitly added.

🔧 How Max works in Slack

Once connected, Max can:

• Post messages or alerts to selected Slack channels
• Send direct messages to users for relevant updates
• Respond to user messages, commands, or interactions from Maxima platform.
• Support multi-step workflows directly inside Slack conversations

Max does not read or monitor Slack conversations unless it has been intentionally added.
